Unified control and monitoring of digital devices
Relution Agent monitors device compliance status, makes apps available through the Relution Store, and supports multi-user (shared tablet) mode for devices. It thus enables smooth and centralized management of all devices in school or enterprise environments.
The Relution Agent is installed by default on the managed devices and is considered the central app for the MDM features functions. As long as the MDM profile is stored on the device, the Relution Agent cannot be deleted.
Important:
The Relution Agent app is part of the Relution platform and is only usable with the Relution backend component and appropriate credentials. Installation of the app on the device should be done in coordination with the respective IT administrator:s of the organization.
Functions of the app:
- Display the compliance status of the device
- Install and update relevant apps
- Uninstalling apps that are not required
- Display, request and add apps and web links
- Relution Shared Device (for multi-user devices)
- IBeacon, GeoFence and zone detection
- Display messages on the device via the MDM system
- Enable device login with QR code / MFA token
- Display device information
- Enable push notifications
- Enable biometric authentication for device login
