Louder, more reliable reminders — plus new accessibility support. - Loud alarm per medication — opt in to a persistent alarm sound with follow-up reminders at +5, +10, and +15 minutes so you never miss a dose. - LED flash for alerts — flash the camera LED when a reminder fires. Helpful for hearing-impaired users. Note: the in-app flash works while Remia is open. For background coverage, enable the system-wide setting (Settings → Accessibility → Audio/Visual → LED Flash for Alerts), which flashes for all notifications — not just Remia's. - End dates for medications — set an end date on non-tapered meds so reminders stop automatically. - Per-phase schedule kinds in taper editor — each taper phase can now have its own schedule type. - Notification reliability improvements — notifications now schedule more reliably within the iOS 64-notification cap, with today's doses always prioritized. Fixed race conditions on app launch and alarm sound deduplication for medications at the same time. - Start date enforcement — medications no longer appear in Today or fire notifications before their start date.
