Through the sustainable step by step programs with weekly new topics that build on one another, the Mentoring sessions with the corresponding exercises, the matching Nutritional Inputs and two Yoga classes a week can help you to reinvent yourself. There are different types of programs so you can chose the package that suits you best from the Independent & unguided programs. In the Mentor-guided programs we have once a week our live Mentoring call over zoom to answer all your questions and where you can share your experiences with the group and me. Long lasting life changes need time to internalize and with reYOUvent you can finally break free from all the mental, physical and social boundaries that were holding you back and do what you love no matter what others say.
