RainFocus Session Scanner gives event staff fast, accurate session access control on the RainFocus platform. Whether you're managing one breakout room or an entire conference floor, setup takes seconds and scanning is instant.
Select your event and room — sessions load automatically. Scan a badge and the app immediately checks the attendee against your configured access rules, returning a clear status: admitted, not permitted, or waitlisted. No guesswork, no manual lookups.
Offline-capable after the initial sync, so a spotty convention center connection won't slow you down. Any scans made offline sync automatically to the RainFocus cloud, keeping your attendance data complete and current in the admin console.
Key features:
• Quick event and room setup — sessions pull in automatically
• Real-time badge scanning with instant admit / deny / waitlist feedback
• Full offline support after initial configuration
• Automatic sync to RainFocus cloud
• Live attendance data in your admin dashboard
Built for event operators who need reliable, no-fuss tools that hold up on a busy show floor.
