This is not a simple Pilates app. We go beyond... each day wherever you are you can follow some of my personal favorite rituals that have helped me through my life.
Rituals that have helped me stay healthy and strong as a professional dancer, as a physical educator and teacher trainer and as a business owner/director of Studio Rituel Paris.
We all have ups and downs- physical mental, emotional...which is NORMAL.
However, how can we channel our energy better and more efficiently on a daily basis so that we are able to live a healthier and more fulfilling life without the extra tension, stress, and fatigue?

Instead of pumping muscles and sweating buckets, you will fine-tune your body from the inside out. Yes, you will create muscle-tone and flexibility, but you will do it by improving your body awareness and quality of movement... a dancer.
All Pilates and Beyond exercises are conceived in collaboration with Spine & Posture specialist Dr. Thierry Legagnoux for proper spinal alignment and biomechanics.
You will gain the correct posture that will not only make you look graceful but also optimize your nervous system.
You will have access to a video-library including the entire exercise repertoire explaining each movement in detail.
Daily Guided Meditations and Affirmations that will help you calm your mind and develop your mental capacity enabling you to achieve your own short and long term goals with more clarity and consciousness.
Nutritional Meal Plans
Rather than opting for strict and rigorous diets to achieve weight loss (most likely without any long-lasting effect) the goal is to achieve your ideal weight by intrinsically adapting your attitude towards Food and Eating in a holistic way.
You will understand nutritional values and your personal needs better and learn how to enjoy preparing and savouring each meal - an essential step towards maintaining an optimal weight and long term health.
You will have access to my secret garden of my favorite rituals that have accompanied me through my life - ranging from cosmetic to nutritional to very small but potent healthy habits, explained in written form and shown in short video clips.
Rituel Studio as your daily App is an extension of my renowned Studio Rituel, situated in the heart of Paris - since I couldn’t push the walls...I created my Rituel Virtuel.
