This includes analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, as well as specific drills and exercises to improve their skills.
In addition to video analysis, players will have the opportunity to participate in monthly Zoom calls with professional soccer players. These calls provide an opportunity to ask questions and gain insight into the mindset and training habits of professional athletes.
To ensure accountability and track progress, players will also receive an IDP (Individual Development Plan) every 3 months. This plan will outline specific goals and objectives for the player to work towards, as well as the steps they need to take to achieve them.
