FEATURES • Name change from Avontus Site to ScaffoldIQ. • Customize Safety Documents for your company or country, such as Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for the US, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for the UK, and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for Australia. • Risk Assessment. This allows you to create and customize a Risk Matrix template with Hazards, Control Measures and Hazard Rating for all types of site hazards. This document template will allow you to assign it to any scaffold within the Request or Scaffold stage. • Method statement. This allows you to create a step-by-step safe system of work showing how control form the risk assessment will be implemented for Erecting, Modifying and Dismantling a scaffold. This document template will allow you to assign it to any scaffold within the Request or Scaffold stage. Once assigned to a scaffold, a document can be viewed and signed by participants. A signature cannot be overwritten. • Ability to rename the Safety Documents to your country-specific document name. • User Job Site Area Restrictions - Define the specific job site areas users have access to, improving control and site security. • Scaffold/Request/Activity properties added, allowing the user to add more requested information regarding the Scaffold works. ENHANCEMENTS • Performance has been significantly improved on scaffolds, and request grids, and map views. • Paging has been added for Scaffolds, Requests, Activities, Safety Documents and Notifications, improving loading performance. -Inspections can now be grouped into individual separate inspection templates. This allows you to have multiple recurring or manual, on-demand inspections on each scaffold. Previously all questions that were defined needed to be answered on all scaffolds. -You can now specify the maximum distance that an inspector can be from the scaffold when completing an inspection. If the location of the inspector is greater than that distance when the inspection is completed, the inspection will be highlighted in error in the data grid. -Added a new ‘Not Applicable’ option to the Yes/No question. -Added a new question/answer that allows for multiple items to be selected. -After an inspection or handover?? is completed, a signature cannot be overwritten. -Fixed issue where duplicate dismantle activities were being created. -Various bug fixes. -Numerous crash reports sent in by customers have been fixed, thank you for reporting these.
