Updated for iPhone Duo.
Stand it on the table: fold iPhone Duo halfway and the scores show big on the upright half, where everyone can see them, while the flat half becomes your scorekeeping pad with plus and minus buttons for every team, plus the timer.
Fold it like a book and each team gets its own side. Open it up for big scores on the big screen, or keep it closed and score just like always.
