Turn your doomscrolling into a “time debt” you can actually see and repay.
Scroll Debt helps you track how much time you spend scrolling and nudges you to win part of it back with small, intentional actions in real life.
Instead of blocking your apps, Scroll Debt focuses on awareness, reflection and tiny missions that are easy to complete and hard to ignore.
How it works
• Log your scroll time in a few taps, with quick presets (5, 15, 30, 60 minutes) or custom values.
• Optionally tag which app you were using and where you were (bed, commute, work, bathroom, etc.).
• See your daily “Scroll Debt” compared to a time budget you choose.
See your patterns clearly
• Daily overview: how many minutes you scrolled today and how far you are from your budget.
• States like Safe, Warning, Danger and Over, with light-hearted messages that make you think.
• Simple weekly and monthly trends to spot your personal doomscroll hotspots.
• Most-used apps and contexts, so you see where your time actually goes.
Repay your debt in real life
For every block of scroll time, Scroll Debt suggests small missions you can actually do:
• Creative: draw, write, capture ideas, build something.
• Active: move, walk, stretch, get some fresh air.
• Relaxing: breathe, reset, disconnect from the noise.
• Skill: learn, read, practice and level up a talent.
• Offline fun: play, laugh and enjoy analog entertainment.
• Other: tiny chores, self-care and real human contact.
Even a single mission completed can change how your day feels.

• No account required – the app works entirely on-device.
• No cloud sync, no tracking – your data stays on your phone.
• You decide what to log and when.
• Missions are short (2–10 minutes) and realistic.
Scroll Debt doesn’t pretend to fix your life.
It just makes it harder to lie to yourself about how much you scroll — and a bit easier to do something about it.
