It's so easy to scroll through your social media feeds and feel terrible. "Doom scrolling" is a real phenomenon that causes a lot of harm to our wellbeing. But it doesn't have to be this way.
We've designed Scrollaby to use that same familiar, comfortable scrolling mechanic to present specially created content that relaxes your body and mind to help you prepare for slumber. Instead of counting likes, you'll be counting sheep (not literally, don't be silly).
Using the latest clinical and academic research, we've incorporated dozens of different techniques proven to help you rest. Things like HRV Breathing, CBT-I, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Meditation, Autogenic Training, Pscyho-acoutic music, and much more!
Each time you open Scrollaby you'll be presented with a randomized feed of content, keeping things fresh (we add new material to your library every week). You can "heart" content to save it as a favorite. Set a sleep timer for automatic fadeout. Enable Reminders or Healthkit to help build good habits.
It's time to trade screen time for sleep time.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS
When you download Scrollaby you can opt into a 3-day free trial. Scrollaby offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscription options for access to the app's features and content. Your Scrollaby subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and payment will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription or trial ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

While we can't keep bringing great experiences to the world without making money, we know not everyone that needs access to our content can afford it, and we're happy to help.
