Fixed a bug that wrongly sends vowel-signs when typed in a new line with Anjal keyboard

This is the major version of Sellinam for iOS since its introduction in 2009. Sellinam has been completely rewritten in this version to provide Murasu Anjal and Tamil 99 as custom keyboard extensions in iOS. While both these keyboard layouts have been available since iOS 7, Sellinam adds word suggestion, auto-correction and next word prediction.
