Descripción

Kona Currents, LLC offers a unique Remote Education and IoT processing app for creation, collection, processing, search, and messaging of optical visual markers we call Semantic Marker (R). An innovative text and optical search engine is included, along with an API for processing optical labels, barcodes and two-dimensional codes. These optical image and data files are downloadable for internal and external use. This app interacts through published API's with Cloud Computing services. The app will communicate via MQTT messaging among a suite of IoT devices, as well as using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) directly to devices, which is especially useful to set credentials such as WIFI passwords for the IoT devices (ie. ESP 32 devices). See SemanticMarker.org for more on the abilities use. - We have one user using Eye Tracking to send messages to reward his service dog over our IoT framework! #Ability

Novedades

Versión 1.4

This version now supports marking counted positions of objects using GPS and Semantic Markers(R). I counted the 200 hay bales and have a KML map of those physical objects. The map feature of found markers is powerful - as you map your Puyallup Fair experience.

Next: one can create a matrix of SMART buttons by just scanning the 3x3 (or so) markers placed on the table. Scan pair wise to find the relative positions. These SMART Buttons are interactive (touching does things, but also with MQTT the button can listen to message topics - and then re-draw on the Augmented Reality overlay while scanning.) I can now see the 1.5 million WIFI feeds count shown on my iDog'Watch' companion. The app shows those SMART buttons while using the Camera as well (not Augmented Reality, just virtual Graphics).

DOCFOLLOW - my remote education tool - is expanded to the Knowledge Shark Wave. The slides in the wave are "optically" analyzed looking for markers. Any user in the same "group" topic can work together - someone sending "leader" messages, while others are not leaders - which is changeable (Like sharing screen). The MQTT messages are send around - and the remote users have their slides changing automatically to the same slide. But: to the slide that the Semantic Marker(R) is found on the leaders slide. (Inheritance is another feature I'll tell you about later..)

The syntax for the WIFI in a Semantic Marker is already supported, but it's to set the WIFI hotspot of the scanner (running the app). There needs to be a version where the WIFI (SSID and PASSWORD) are added to the BLEConfig WIFI -- as this is to be sent down to the ESP32 device.

The SMART Music app is taking on form and a life of its own. One can create a SMART Button that has a playlist, pointing to "mp3" files internet available (eg. public IP address.) The songs, or speeches, or videos - can be queued up and started by scanning the SMART Button. These can be placed in a SMART Matrix as well. You can create a a music playlist that is encoded in a SMART Button (and a SMART Matrix). Clicking invokes a web page built to play music. try: https://semanticmarker.org/bot/smart?uuid=QHmwUurxC3&flow=1718381656320
