The app Shakeitoff with the TRE® exercises can help you resolve your traumata, overcome anxiety, compulsions and panic, and find calm, confidence and serenity serenity. This app helps you trigger neurogenic tremors, a self-healing reflex of our body, an innate ability to release tension and stress reactions.
The word "neurogenic" means that it is a physical reaction that you cannot consciously induce or control. Neurogenic tremors release the tension your body has built up from strong internal feelings and external influences. You become calmer, serener and more relaxed. Neurogenic tremors make you more resilient, more resistant to stress, and also gradually make pain disappear. Ancient healing traditions have used the power of involuntary trembling for thousands of years.
