PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No feed, no community, no judgment. Your account is anonymous by default. Your streak, journal and progress sync to your own account so a new phone brings them back, and you can delete everything from Settings at any time. Coach messages are sent to a third-party AI service to generate replies — we ask for your consent before the first session, and we never store full transcripts, only a one-line summary you can see.

Free includes the streak, control score, SOS, 10 coach sessions a day, the last 7 days of your journal and the first 7 program lessons. Premium unlocks unlimited coach sessions, the full 90-day program, your full journal with PDF export, 3 streak shields a month and proactive nudges.
Plans: weekly $3.99, monthly $9.99, yearly $59.99 (7-day free trial on monthly and yearly), or lifetime $89.99 once. Prices may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.

• Write the bet, lock it, keep the money. The journal now shows the running total of bets you never placed.
