SHARE YOUR LIST WITH ANYONE QuickToDo now lets you share your list with family, friends or roommates. Plan the weekly shop together, split the chores, or get ready for a trip without sending lists back and forth. HOW IT WORKS • Tap Share and invite anyone with an iCloud account, using Messages, Mail, a link, or any other way you like. • Your whole list is shared, including every item you already have. You don't need to add anything again. • The person you invite taps the link, and QuickToDo opens with the list ready. This works even if the app was closed. • Shared lists have their own Shared Items tab, so they stay separate from your own items. WORK ON THE LIST TOGETHER • Everyone on the list can add, check off, rename and remove items. • Changes show up on everyone's devices within moments, even when the app is in the background. • A sharing badge at the top of the list shows when your list is shared. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Tap Manage Share to see who has access, invite more people, or remove someone. • Tap Stop Sharing whenever you like. The list disappears from everyone else's devices, and your own items stay exactly as they were. • Sharing uses Apple's iCloud. Your items go only to the people you invite, and QuickToDo has no servers of its own. GOOD TO KNOW • To share, you and the people you invite need to be signed in to iCloud. • Shared lists need an internet connection and don't show in the widget yet. • If you shared your list with an earlier version of QuickToDo, send a new invitation after updating.
