Microsoft ToDo — now in sync Simple5 now connects to your Microsoft ToDo account. After signing in with your Microsoft account, tasks you create in Simple5 are automatically added to your Microsoft ToDo list. When you complete a task in either app, the change is reflected on both sides. The same goes for the daily reset — completed and cleared tasks are kept in sync so your lists stay consistent. CalDAV support Simple5 now supports CalDAV servers, including self-hosted solutions like Radicale. You can enter your server URL and credentials in Settings to get started. Tasks sync bi-directionally, following the same reliable pattern already established with Apple Reminders and Google Tasks. Google Tasks — improved reliability Several edge cases in the Google Tasks sync have been resolved. Syncing should now feel noticeably more stable, especially around task completion, the daily reset, and situations where tasks were modified externally. Main interface improvements The main task list has received several usability refinements. !! New feature drop! The app now supports reminder sync. You can activate or deactivate this feature through the settings menu. When you create new tasks that you want to finish for the day, the app also creates a reminder in your default reminder list so that you can see your tasks anywhere. When you change a reminder, Simple5 automatically deletes the original task and recreates it from its own database. Once you have finished one or more tasks, you can mark them as complete, and Simple5 will automatically sync these changes. It doesn't matter where you marked the reminder or task as complete. Sync will start as soon as you open Simple5. For more dedicated users: The app now allows you to create an event in your chosen calendar when you finish a task.
