New: Job Schedule See every active job in one table, with start dates, completion dates, and the special orders each job is waiting on. Tap a job name to open it. Edit a date here or on the job itself and both stay in step, because they are the same date. Payroll now pays exact cents Hours and rates are calculated to the cent, with no rounding drift. Overtime is applied the way the law reads it: time and a half past 40 hours in a week, not past a running total. The app, the website, and your reports now agree on every figure. Fixes Job margin on the dashboard is calculated correctly. The View financials permission can now be switched on for a worker and it saves. Timesheets you rejected are no longer charged to the job. Deleting a job keeps the hours your crew already worked. Your week starts where your crew is, not where the server is. Ask AI works again, and can answer what you spent this week, who is clocked in right now, and which job has the best margin. AI Insights now counts labour instead of treating it as free.

• Job costs now include materials everywhere you look, so the profit on a job is the same figure on every screen. • Fixed expenses being counted twice on the dashboard. • Receipts now show the day you filed them, not the day before. • Reports answer the money questions — what you made, what you're owed, and where it went. • Calendar syncs with Apple and Google. • Clearer pricing and trial messaging, with the price we actually charge. • Faster, steadier crew screens: hours, receipts and job colours all behave the same way now. • New Icon
