The SMARTLINEN Client Guest App is a solution that preregisters residents or guests for use with the SMARTLINEN linen tracking solution on property. The user simply fills out contact information and the app will create a unique QR Code identifier that the user will present as identification on property. The SMARTLINEN Client app works directly with other SMARTLINEN devices to assist in the management with inventory items on property. Once a user downloads the Client app they will enter their contact information and a QR code will be generated. The user will present this QR Code to property staff to check out linen or services throughout the property. Example: User goes to pool and presents QR Code to the pool attendant. The staff member will scan the QR Code (with another SMARTLINEN device) to identify user as a guest and then will scan (with RFID scanner) (2) pool towels and they will be assigned to the user. The property will then have the ability to run various inventory reports to account for the pool towel inventory and in the event the user did not return these (2) towels they can take action to charge the user for the loss. SMARTLINEN utilizes revolutionary RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) to manage linen and other assets for hotels and resorts worldwide.
