Make wellbeing your priority and download the Sofrydd Stars app! This app was written entirely by the children of Sofrydd Primary School and will help you focus on your wellbeing. Whether it’s exploring nature in your local environment, breathing exercises to help feelings of calm, or yoga poses to help you relax, Sofrydd Stars has it all!
Do you love the outdoors? If you enjoy spending time exploring places of interest, this app allows you to explore a variety of scenic places, including some of our famous castles, beautiful lakes and stunning walks. Have a look at the magnificent Minecraft models of our favourite locations around Wales and join the pupil explorers on their journey using Augmented Reality. Use our interactive map to find wellbeing locations right across Wales.
Are you a fan of Yoga and need help remembering some of the poses? Take a look at the brilliant digital drawings created by the children at Sofrydd to refresh your memory. Learn about the benefits of Yoga for your wellbeing.
Do you sometimes feel anxious? Try our one -minute breathing exercises and feel the calm wash over you as you breathe in and out helping to centre your mind and body. Use our timer to see how far you can walk , or if you’re feeling energetic, how far you can run!
Do you enjoy playing games to relax? Have fun with our Dragon Data Cards and challenge your friends and family to a tournament.
