Here is a breakdown of whats new…. - OFFLINE MODE: No more having to wait at the loading water bottle, pre-download workouts to your phone while you workout in bad cell service areas. - CHECK OFF EXERCISES: As you complete workouts, you will notice exercises will get checked off in the pre-workout screen. Uncheck them or check them off - its up to you! - TECHNIQUES TAB: We built an entire tab just for you to access all videos of techniques, drills, and exercises.
