SpeedLab utilizes a scientific approach to developing individualized training plans focusing on all aspects of performance from cardiovascular endurance, strength training, and body composition, to Neuro enhancement brain training, balance and agility training.
SpeedLab’s Physiology Lab assess each individual clients physiology through a multitude of assessments including;
Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing,
VO2 max testing,
Lactate testing,
Strength testing
Balance & agility testing
We utilize the results from these assessments to provide our clients with customized fitness plans that target specific individualized goals and aspirations. Plans range from sport specific elite level training plans to general fitness and health improvement plans.
