The Strong Rise is a community built by recovering addicts, for recovering addicts.
For all of us who have gone through this journey, we know the stigma is high and asking for help is hard. That's where TSR comes in.
Our goal is to bundle the primary tools for recovery into one simple app. At its basic level, TSR will track your progress, days, and money saved and hold you accountable via daily check-ins and confirmations. Expanding from there, you can find your communities and engage with those who can help; they've been there, done that. We've also built mindfulness and wellness tools to help get to the root causes of your addiction. Lastly, we have trigger inputs. Any time you have a trigger, craving, or desire, log it in the app.
We're building AI and ML models that can help predict relapses and get in front of it before they occur. The more you engage and log, the more accurate the app can be. For premium users, you'll have access to Haven, our AI interactive bot that is tuned as your addiction recovery best friend.
The core features of The Strong Rise will always be free. Some features do cost quite a bit to maintain (e.g., Haven), so there is a modest but optional subscription for advanced features so that we can continue to innovate.
Features in Version One:
* Login with email, Google, or Apple
* Customized feed with communities and users posts
* AI chat called "TSR Haven" - empathetic with no judgment for anytime you need to chat
* Progress tracking: Days, savings, daily commits, and 12 steps. Push reminders to pledge and certify each day
* Wellness toolkit with mindfulness exercises, audio tracks, and exercises
* Trigger logging. Any time you have a desire, log it. We'll use this to predict any future triggers and offer support
* v1 of an AI and machine learning model to predict relapses
