We have travelled the world looking for the very best workouts and trainers. Whether you’re in the mood for a good sweat, a relaxing yoga session or even a 10 minute meditation - you can find it all in one place on Sudor.
We are constantly adding new workouts, trainers and challenges to keep you motivated and moving. Challenges include a curated set of sessions, for you to complete in a set amount of time - perfect for when you need a little bit more motivation or structure. In addition, you can workout to your favourite soundtracks when you link your Apple Music or Spotify to Sudor.
And now, you can create communities within the app, or join existing ones to meet new friends! Lets motivate and inspire each other to be 1% better every day. Sudor is more than an app - its a ready made family just waiting for you to join.
