Surgifit is a personalised preoperative PreHabilitation programme with digital support designed to improve the functional status of patients with the aim of improving perioperative outcomes, such as postoperative complications, length of hospital stay and use of healthcare resources at 30 days.
It is a personalised physical training programme of only 4 weeks in the preoperative period of major surgery that is able to reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications by half.
Health data is collected (using wearables or HealthKit) to monitor the patient's condition and propose health advice to ensure that the patient is in the best condition for treatment.
