In case of any inconsistency between our Terms and Apple's EULA, the Apple EULA will govern your subscription obtained through the Apple App Store. If you subscribe to the Services through our website or any channel other than the Apple App Store, the Apple EULA does not apply, and only the Sway.ly Terms govern your subscription.
