SLAs are monitored through the app, when a ticket is raised a timer will appear on the ticket counting down showing how long the IT Support team have to respond.
Notifications of status changes and ticket updates are automatically sent through to the device keeping you in the loop at all times.
Simply download the app and the Swift Digital IT Support team will send you your unique username and password.
