With the TeamACTIV app, it’s like your PT is right there with you! You can practice more effectively by reviewing the corrections that will unlock performance faster. You must be an ACTIV Therapy patient to access the TeamACTIV app. ACTIV Therapy patients cannot schedule Therapy sessions on the TeamACTIV app. ACTIV Performance and Recovery: View fundamental and corrective videos to practice and learn important details of your classes and workouts. The TeamACTIV app helps you unlock your performance and recovery, faster. Log and track your progress. View our class schedule and book all your Performance and Recovery appointments on the TeamACTIV app. You must be an ACTIV Performance or Recovery client to access the TeamACTIV app.
