Tearoff turns a paper receipt into a deadline you won't miss.
Every purchase has a clock on it — a return window that closes, a warranty that expires. Tearoff tracks both and reminds you before they run out, so you never eat the cost of a missed return or a lapsed warranty again.
HOW IT WORKS
- Add a purchase or scan its receipt.
- Tearoff works out the return and warranty windows and shows exactly where each date came from — printed on the receipt, a store policy, or an estimate — so you always know how much to trust it.
- You get a reminder before each deadline, and a Home Screen widget that keeps the next ones in view.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your receipts stay on your device and sync only through your own private iCloud. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, and nothing sent to us.

Fixes Pro not unlocking after you redeem a code in the App Store. If you were affected, Pro appears as soon as you reopen Tearoff — your purchase was never lost.
Also in this update:
• Redeem a code directly from the Pro screen, without leaving the app.
• Tearoff now tells you when notification permission is off. Deadline alerts were failing silently, which is the one thing this app cannot do quietly.
• Export failures are reported instead of the button doing nothing.
