Jail Life now has intake plans, booking objectives, named inmate stories, commissary choices, programs, yard activities, release leads, and persistent inside progression. City Pulse is now its own phone app and a rewarding same-character endgame: answer House pressure, build win streaks, climb five ranks, earn City Favor, and spend it on campaign utility without affecting normalized City War power. Homes gain deeper furnishing, finishes, lighting, County property work, greenhouse value, and Supporter-only cosmetic collections. City War remains immediately replayable with normalized Trap Raid and Block Hold modes, five weekly fronts, County wildcard contracts, real-player-first matchmaking, and unscored ghost drills. This release also strengthens save migration, background progress, carry-weight clarity, phone and inventory usability, weapon and hairstyle rendering, world lighting and weather, quest guidance across all 49 main contracts, and general stability. Final polish shortens two-handed side-view arm poses, replaces obsolete fake-action controls with clear status chips, corrects legacy WORN visibility, supporter outfit separators, Corners guidance, and the loading-screen version display.

JAIL LIFE • Jail is now a persistent second side of the game, not just a countdown. • Rebuilt cells, dayroom, yard, court, fencing, lighting, shadows, props, inmate uniforms and officer models. • Earn block credibility and soups across five persistent jail ranks. • Work details, weights, hoops, spades, dominoes, law-library study, commissary, contraband trading, fights and reentry preparation all have their own rewards. • Jail activities build lasting stats, perks and release benefits while keeping sentence reduction secondary. • Home stash capacity has been tripled, storage upgrades now provide meaningful weight, and empty ziplock bags have audited carry weight and can be stashed. • Improved grow automation, visual-lighting coverage and rear firearm silhouettes.

EXPEDITED REVIEW REQUEST Production Wire v11 and the public Privacy Policy and Terms now use City War's authority and data model. Build 69 aligns the iOS client with that already-live service and policy. Prompt review would reduce the window in which players can receive an older client containing retired PvP/endgame surfaces and privacy language that does not fully describe the live City War flow. This is a client/service and player-transparency alignment request; it is not tied to a sale, event, or deadline. Build 69 also fixes a save-compatible City War onboarding objective that could remain displayed at 2/2 and block later quest guidance, and replaces placeholder Block Hold behavior with the shipped normalized, armed, cover-based objective design. City War is asynchronous, skill-rated PvP. Ranked health, damage, weapons, defenders, and objective budget are normalized, so campaign wealth, purchases, and character stats cannot buy competitive strength. Matchmaking selects eligible real players first. When the eligible real-player pool is empty, it immediately returns a no-ticket ghost drill that cannot affect rating, influence, standings, revenge, bounty, hits, or another player. Trap Raid scores safe execution, bag collection, and extraction. Block Hold scores two capture zones, a defender counterpush, and extraction. There is no energy, ticket, daily-attempt, cooldown, or forced-wait gate. Phone > Wire also provides Report, Block, Blocked Players, Disconnect, and permanent Delete Wire Profile controls. OTHER REVIEW CONTEXT City Exchange is a fictional campaign economy using earned game money only. It has no real cryptocurrency, purchased-currency funding, player transfer, prize pool, leverage, cash-out, or effect on City War strength. The app contains frequent stylized pixel-art violence, guns, and fictional crime/drug themes and is rated 18+.

Version 1.3.4 introduces City War, a fully repeatable optional PvP endgame. Fight normalized Trap Raids and Block Holds across five weekly city fronts, with County Line as a separate wildcard. Ranked matchmaking prioritizes eligible real players; when none remain, immediate ghost drills stay playable but never affect rating, influence, revenge, or standings. Build a defense, choose Quiet, Control, or Loud approaches, earn weekly Set influence, climb career divisions, and chase a 28-day Crown season. Legacy Wire PvP and endgame screens have been retired, and eligible saves migrate safely. This update also includes richer world lighting and weather detail, refined weapon handling and heist resolution, economy and property balance, City Circuits improvements, mobile stability, and verification of all 49 quest contracts. Build 69 also fixes a save-compatible City War onboarding objective that could remain displayed at 2/2 and block later quest guidance, and replaces placeholder Block Hold behavior with district streets, visible fixed weapons, and tactical cover-based defenders.

Build 1.3.3 polishes the city and county visuals, fixes drip irrigation so installed systems keep plants watered, raises carry capacity across backpacks, reduces routine item weights, and refreshes world detail, NPC clothing, storefront wear, HUD texture, and progression readability.
