Thyme is a private, local-first logbook for thyroid patients.
Thyroid care moves slowly. A dose change today shows up in bloodwork twelve weeks from now — and by then, "how have you been feeling?" is hard to answer from memory. Thyme makes that long feedback loop visible. Log your symptoms, your medications, and your lab values, and see them together on a single timeline you can bring to your next appointment.
WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Symptoms: fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, hair changes, weight, sleep, mood, temperature sensitivity, and more — plus custom symptoms you define.
• Medications and dose changes: when you started, when you changed, when you stopped.
• Lab values: TSH, Free T4, Free T3, TPO, TgAb, TRAb, Reverse T3, and more.
• Daily notes, blood pressure, resting heart rate, and cycle phase (optional).
SEE YOUR HISTORY
• Today: log a day in about fifteen seconds.
• Labs: a chart for each marker over time.
• Timeline: symptoms, dose changes, and lab dates on a shared date axis.
• Doctor visit summary: a clean PDF to print, share, or hand over (Premium).
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your health data lives on your phone. There is no account, no login, no cloud sync, and no analytics that touch your health data. You own your data and can export the full set as JSON or PDF at any time.

Daily logging is free and unlimited. A subscription unlocks tools to view the data you've already logged in more depth:

Pricing: $4.99 per month or $34.99 per year, each starting with a free 7-day trial. Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew at the same price unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
