Tihi is a minimalist app for silent, instant communication when words are hard. Send pre-set signals or custom messages to your support person with a single tap—no explanations needed.
Perfect for neurodivergent individuals, people experiencing anxiety or overwhelm, students needing discreet support, and their caregivers, teachers, or support partners.
Choose from built-in signals like Overwhelmed, Need Break, Need Quiet, Need Help, Can't Focus, Sensory Overload, Need to Move, Need to Talk, I'm Good, or create your own custom messages.
Connect two ways: Local Mode uses Bluetooth/WiFi for nearby communication (no internet required), or iMessage Mode sends signals anywhere in the world through Messages—perfect for remote support or family members in different locations.
Signals arrive instantly with notifications and haptic feedback, even when the receiver's phone is locked. Review signal history to identify patterns, and rest assured all communication is private—no data collection, no accounts required.
Real examples: A student silently signals their teacher for a break. A child alerts their parent they need quiet time. Someone with anxiety discreetly asks for support during a meeting. College students or adults living independently can reach their support network anywhere via iMessage.
Tihi was designed with input from neurodivergent individuals to remove the barrier of finding words and provide a simple, dignified way to ask for support.
