ToolTally keeps track of who has your tools. Lend a drill to a mate on Friday and it's easy to forget by Monday. ToolTally records every tool that leaves your kit — who took it, which job site it went to, and when it's due back — so nothing quietly disappears. TRACK BOTH DIRECTIONS Log the tools you lend out and the ones you've borrowed from someone else, so you know what you're owed and what you owe. PHOTO PROOF OF CONDITION Take photos of a tool before it goes out, with the date and time burned into the image. When it comes back, ToolTally walks you through retaking each shot from the same angle, then shows them side by side — or under a drag-to-compare slider that makes fine scratches and chips obvious. Settle disagreements with evidence instead of memory. NEVER MISS A DUE DATE Set an expected return date and get a reminder on the morning it's due, or one or two days ahead. Overdue tools are flagged clearly so you can chase them before they're gone for good. BORROWERS AND JOB SITES Keep a list of the people who borrow from you and the sites your gear goes to. Call or text a borrower straight from the loan. EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account. No sign-up. No cloud. No tracking. Your tool list and your photos never leave your device — ToolTally works with no signal at all, which matters on site. TAKE YOUR DATA WITH YOU Export everything as a ZIP: a spreadsheet of all loans and borrowed items, plus every condition photo. It's your record, so you can keep it wherever you like. FREE TO TRY Everything is unlimited for the first 7 days. After that the free version keeps working for up to 3 tools and 3 loans. A single one-time purchase removes both limits for good — it's not a subscription, and there's nothing to cancel.
