Great app, but the last update is bad

I have been using this app for a long time. In the last update, you added a timer for the whole workout and removed the timers for each exercise. I believe its a step backward. I have no problem to add the timer for the whole workout, but by removing the individual timers, you are forcing me to take the 15 sec. break between exercises and you cant skip that. Also, there are exercises in the mobility part that doesnt work well with the timers (forward lunge with hip flexor stretch L and R, each for 45 secs?? This was an alternate exercise). Please add the individual timers and/or add the posibility to remove/skip the pauses between exercises
