Version 4.0 introduces the long-awaited self-assessment feature. The app now lets you test your skills on the go, any time you have a few minutes to spare, and tracks your progress over time. As your performance improves, you'll see your skill level steadily rise. Once you hit 70%, you’ve reached the “Wizard” level, and you are likely confident to tackle your echocardiography practical exam. But there's no need to stop there — feel free to push further toward, Guru, Ninja or even higher! The self-assessment offers distinct levels for PoCUS, PoCUS Plus, and Expert Mode, so you can focus your preparation on the level that suits your needs.

Release 2.0 is a major upgrade, with several exciting new features!  • Annotation of valve leaflets, including detailed annotation of the mitral cusps • X-Ray mode • 'Intelligent' Herz-o-gram that recognises nearby standard views You can now easily distinguish each aortic, pulmonary, and tricuspid valve leaflet, along with the mitral valve's A1, A2, A3, P1, P2, and P3 segments, as well as the anterior and posterior commissures. The "X-Ray mode" (available in Premium) renders your virtual patient and heart semi-transparent, providing a clearer understanding of the connection between the probe position and the corresponding 2D echo image. The 'Assist' function, previously only available for Premium subscribers, now comes with the free version of this app. It features an improved Herz-o-gram, which turns green when you approach the correct probe flexion and angulation for a nearby standard view. Other improvements include improved performance and reduced energy consumption, updated info pages and minor bug fixes.
