Introduced new "Change Role" functionality. This feature allows the user to have a single account to perform seeker and provider operations. Users will no longer need separate credentials for seeker and provider. Providers now have the option to receive new job alerts via phone call. Ubii's new phone alert feature is supported by our Virtual Dispatch System (VDS) to help providers ensure they do not miss new job opportunities. This also increases a seekers chances of getting prompt response from the providers they wish to connect with. This new version also addresses other enhancements and fixes from versions 1.X.
