Technicians can now indicate when they are on the way to complete a work order, enabling better communication with their clients. Additionally, there is now a Live Activity to show the technician that they are currently on the way or clocked in to a work order, so they remember to clock out.

This smaller release has some minor improvements and fixes. More exciting changes coming soon!

In this release, the default priority will now be automatically applied when creating a work order or purchase order. Technicians can also now filter the work order list to show only work orders where they are assigned to an In Progress or Scheduled trip.

Rich text is now supported in work order notes for more effective communication with your clients, vendors and coworkers!

We have two great new features in this release! First, property owners can now configure clock in/out ranges in Umbrava's web application that will be enforced when technicians clock in and out. The mobile app now displays whether the technician is onsite when they clock in or out. Second, we streamlined the process of sharing notes and documents with clients.

In this release, we focused on your ability to manage purchase orders. You can now dispatch vendors to complete existing work orders, edit purchase orders, and move them along through the various phases of their lifecycle. Links to specific work orders will now open in the app instead of in your browser, including links in notification emails! Finally, we have fixed a few bugs and made other minor improvements.
