Follow these simple steps for an effective recovery!
1. Register in the App and schedule a video assessment.
2. Our Physio expert will assess your condition and if found eligible for remote recovery, will prescribe exercises.
3. Follow the home exercise program and record your adherence. Either manually or automatically using AI option that guides you through the home exercises.
4. Weekly follow-ups are planned to track your recovery and adjust your exercise protocol. However, you can connect with the Physiotherapist if you have any questions or need clarifications inbetween.
5. Recover more effectively and much more conveniently.
