The Focus tab is now a full focus timer. • Pomodoro and countdowns: time a session as a countdown (15–90 minutes) or a Pomodoro rhythm (25/5 or 50/10, with a long break every fourth block). You're alerted when a block or break ends, even with the app closed, and the Live Activity counts each phase down. • Focus stats: every finished session is kept on your device. See today's focus time, the last seven days, and your streak. • Pause before distracting apps: set up a Shortcuts automation and Usages asks you to take two slow breaths before the apps you open without thinking. Then you decide: let it go, or continue. Needs iOS 18.2 or later. Settings › Focus › Pause before apps shows how. • Focus sounds: rain, surf or white noise, generated on your device, plays for the whole session, even with the screen locked. • A running session now survives the app being closed or restarted.

Fixes a crash that could happen when Usages refreshed your usage in the background.

Usages 1.3 gets your numbers faster, speaks up when it matters, and shows up in more places. • Refresh you can trust: providers load together, pull-to-refresh always fetches, and each card shows how fresh its numbers are, with its own retry if one provider fails. • Alerts that fire: get notified at 75% and 90% of any quota window, when a window resets, and when your measured pace would run it out early. • More places to check: Lock Screen circular and inline widgets, a Control Center control, Live Activities for focus sessions, and Siri shortcuts for your tightest limit. • OpenRouter and GitHub Copilot are now supported. • Set a monthly budget, and export your local history as CSV or JSON.

Usages 1.2 is a full visual refresh. • New Pixel Rhythm design: flat paper surfaces, pixel-stepped corners, and offset shadows replace blur and glow across every screen. • Redesigned Home and onboarding with a clearer daily goal readout, streak strip, and provider cards. • New three-button tab bar for Home, Insights, and Focus that stays clear of your content. • Settings reorganized into scannable groups with the same pixel treatment. • Usage wall, Insights charts, and the usage calendar now share one consistent card style. • Improved shadow contrast in Dark Mode and better support for accessibility text sizes.
