We're sorry for the inconvenience. We recommend you to reach out to the Test Engineer and explain the situation to them. You will be able to find the contact email address of the Test Engineer in the test cycle overview. If this doesn't help, please open a ticket at support.utest.com selecting the appropriate reason. Remember to mention all the cycle details in the ticket so we can investigate the issue in depth.
