VendorTrax is a unified Property Maintenance Platform that allows Contractors, Property Managers, and Property Representatives to track Service Requests in real time. It works for property maintenance contractors who are in the business of landscaping, building maintenance, construction, flood restoration, tree services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, and more. It works on various property types such as Homeowner Associations (HOA), office, industrial, retail, commercial real estate association, apartment, and residential. Note: This application requires your company to have VendorTrax. Features: - Our platform equips contractors with the necessary tools to expedite task completion and enhance client service - It is cloud-based and can be accessed anytime or place from an iPhone - It has Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features baked into it to help enhance client engagement and retention - Our Client Share Portal serves as a centralized communication channel between companies and clients and will alleviate the need for email, phone, and text regarding task completion status - Send estimates to clients through the Client Share Portal and Guest Accounts to receive e-signature approval instantaneously - Never miss a planned start or finish date, client task request, question on an estimate, etc. with our real-time task tracking and auto-notifications features - The Service Request process is simple. Create a Service Request by entering and assigning tasks to employees in the field and scheduling a start and finish time. The employees complete the tasks and visually document their work with photos. The Vendors and Property Representatives act as a team through the Client Share Portal and Guest Accounts to ensure Service Requests are completed on time, within scope and cost, and with high quality. Note: This application requires a VendorTrax subscription in order to access it.
