Booking Process : Users log in to the VFF Group app and select the service they need (laundry or home cleaning). They input the details such as Pickup Address.The app confirms the booking and waits until a delivery agent is assigned.
Assignment of Delivery Agent : Once the booking is confirmed, the admin assigns a delivery agent based on the location and availability.With the user's consent, the app accesses the user's location to ensure accurate pickup.
Pickup of Items : The delivery agent arrives at the specified location to collect the laundry items.They confirm the items collected and transport them to the nearest VFF Group store.
Processing at the Store : At the store, the items are processed as per the service requested (cleaning, folding,Dry cleaning, etc.).Once ready, the app notifies the user about the completion of the service.
Delivery Back to User : The delivery agent picks up the items from the store.Using the user's provided delivery address, they deliver the cleaned items back to the user's location.
Throughout this process, the app provides real-time updates to the user, allowing them to track the status of their service request and the details of the delivery agent for a seamless experience.
