In this update, we introduce automatic call transcription and summarization:
This feature allows you to read the conversation and search for specific keywords to find discussed information.
You can also share transcriptions as a TXT file for auditing or post-processing.
Also in this update:
- Departments. All extensions in your organization can be sorted by their departments.
- Block list. Now you can block incoming calls and SMS from selected contacts and phone numbers.
- Rejoin group chats. Users can leave and rejoin SMS chats with a few taps.
- Ability to send multiple pictures from your gallery at once.
- Calls and SMS history with an external contact is now unified in a single conversation thread.
- Added the ability to share information about external calls between users.
