Secure Authentication
Login / Sign-Up: Enter your email and password on the LOGIN or “JETZT BEITRETEN” screens.
Password Reset: Tap “Passwort vergessen” to receive an instant reset link.
Profile Management: Update name, gender, age, weight and height from the slide-out menu.
Phase-Based Video Coaching
Welcome Video: Start with a personal “WILLKOMMEN” introduction.
Structured Phases: Progress through Analyse, Stoffwechsel and Workout tutorials with embedded play buttons.
Adaptive Playback: Stream each high-resolution lesson on demand.
Home Dashboard
Icon Grid: One-tap access to Video Anleitung, Ernährung, Training, Fortschritt and Coach Fragen.
Overflow Menu: Three-dot menu for quick profile, support or logout actions.
Nutrition Tracking (Ernährung)
Daily Macro Rings: View total calories and macro breakdown (KH, Protein, Fett) in an at-a-glance ring chart.
Quick-Add: Log individual foods or entire meals via “Lebensmittel” and “Mahlzeit” buttons.
Meal History: Scroll saved entries in a clear, searchable table.
Progress Monitoring (Fortschritt)
Current Weight: Display your latest weigh-in (e.g. “Gewicht: 75 kg”).
Log Updates: Select a date, enter your weight and tap “Speichern.”
Trend Chart: Swipe through daily, weekly or monthly line graphs to track your transformation.
Workout Module (Training)
Date Selector: Navigate to any training day (e.g. Freitag, 25. April 2025).
