Damage Report Photos aren’t saved

YUKÕ are trying to charge me for a damage I didn’t commit and which I actually reported before starting my journey. The problem is that according to YUKO, my report didn’t go through and the photos I took through the app were not backed up on my phone. This is so wrong. Now I don’t have a way to prove my report and YUKÕ is charging me a high amount of money. If anyone knows a solution to this issue it will be much appreciated. I need to recover the photos I took through the YUKÕ app with my iPhone. Currently there is no option to do this in the YUKÕ app.
