Say hello to the latest version of the PrepayPower app. We’ve introduced a new feature that automatically uses your Savings to top up your account if your credit runs low – so you never get disconnected. It’s perfect for when you’re busy or on the move and don’t have time to top up. You can turn on this feature by going to the Savings screen. This update also includes general improvements and bug fixes. Here’s to enjoying even greater control with PrepayPower.

The survey will appear during app registration and can also be found at any time in the My Account section, where you can update your information whenever it suits you. With the latest update you can activate Emergency credit, when needed, from our smart app. Emergency Credit is a bit of credit to keep the lights and heating on when you can't top up. Your Emergency Credit will tide you over until you can top up again. It's not free money, though - you still have to pay it all back when you next top up.
