zaCalc is an app to help calculate ratios for pizza dough and making pizzas, including the amount of sourdough or yeast to use.
Though there are other pizza or dough calculators, this app uses yeast regression formulas to guide you with the right amount of yeast to use, based on the time you have to ferment the dough and the temperature of your room. It also supports the Apple Watch, so that if you need to lookup amounts you won't get flour all over your phone.
It also can scale the optimal toppings, based on weight, to whatever size pizza you plan to make.
Finally, you can customize the recipes and ratios if you have some that you prefer.
