How ZoomDoc works:
Simply download the ZoomDoc app and create an account. Family members can be added once an initial account has been created.
- Our app shows you which Doctors are available for telephone and video consultations in real time – giving you the choice of which Doctor you wish to request for your consultation.
- Your GP will respond to your request within 3 minutes.
- You will be able to review your secure medical notes on the app following your consultation and you can share these notes with your regular GP, or we can arrange this for you.
