Excellent service and high quality product

I can't recommend this app and the store enough. Ordering is a breeze since the app is well designed and navigation is easy. They stock a lot of Arabian, local and western food items which are hard to find in one place. Packing and delivery are always excellent andbon time and their customer support is always there to assist. The prices of some items are slightly higher than other platforms but overall it is reasonable. Keep up the good work.

Very bad service and app

I ordered before two days and my order didn’t come Also they don’t respond on whats app when i was asking about when is my order coming , you can’t even cancel your order or even get an estimated time for your order to reach it says the day after but didn’t happen !! Don’t Download It very very very bad service !!!
Edit : The order arrived after 4 days of Waiting and the customer service contacted me Customer Service manager during that time promisees of delivering at a specific time of the day in Ramdan and that was before Breaking fast but they didn’t and they delivered after when i asked to cancel the whole order , when i Received the Order it was Missing an Item that i Paid For Already !!! and when i texted the customer service manager About That He Didn’t even Reply !!! Worst Service Don’t Recommend at all Using this app At All

Great App

I have used the app several times and I am really satisfied.
The app is easy to use and it has a variety of middle eastern products that one can’t find in local stores. I’m also grateful for the delivery service and the quality of products. I just wish if they can add a section for household maintenance services so that one can request a service whenever needed. Thanks and best of luck.
