Not User Friendly
I made an order at around 2.30pm for Collection Time at 5.30pm. After I made payment, there’s a notification stating that my order will be ready in 10mins. I tried calling Jade Hill branch but the number was not even correct. I had to rush to the branch from office just to confirm my order. The collection time also is not stated as part of the order details. Adding to that status of order also is not available. Please enhance this avoid confusion to customers.
Can’t collect points?
So the manager of the Taipan branch told me that I can’t collect points if I ordered and pay over the counter. I have to use the app to collect points. Other restaurants can easily enter points if I gave my phone number. This is the minimum standard for an app. A&W, please find a better app company. You guys deserve better.
Unpleasant experience
Unresponsive apps. Trying to signup in order for me to place my order at IOI City Mall outlet. When i enter my personal details suddenly apps quit working, without i don't put my email. Trying again login using phone number, the apps required password to proceed. How do i even reset my password when i cannot register my email earlier. Then apps keep telling me i have already registered. Unpleasant experience!
