Ratings and Reviews
A big flaw
As at September 2024 it has a big problem. If you unfortunately lose internet connection when you use the app, once you regain connection you have to log in with password, verify OTP, verify IC, create 6-digit pin, enable face ID, enable notifications all over again. Other banking apps just say “no internet connection, please try again”. Once you regain connection, you can login as normal.
Other than that everything works fine.
Feedback on App Performance and Feature Request
I’ve been using the app for a while now and wanted to share some feedback. While the overall experience is okay and shows great potential, I’ve noticed that the app is a bit laggy and not as smooth as it could be. I believe there’s a lot of room for optimization to make it even better.
Additionally, I’m looking forward to seeing Apple Pay integration in the future! I think it would be a fantastic addition.
Keep up the good work—I’m excited to see how the app evolves.

Nice physical card design and other features as well.
Card details not shown on embossed card, in which introduce better security, and “comply” to said digital bank. Great profit rate. More features than GxBank when launching (Even the pay bill feature is not yet in Gbank apps now, also no Favourite account can be saved). Overall is a very good experience!!
