I’ve been using the app for a while now and wanted to share some feedback. While the overall experience is okay and shows great potential, I’ve noticed that the app is a bit laggy and not as smooth as it could be. I believe there’s a lot of room for optimization to make it even better.Additionally, I’m looking forward to seeing Apple Pay integration in the future! I think it would be a fantastic addition.Keep up the good work—I’m excited to see how the app evolves.

AEON Bank makes banking simple and efficient!Activating a digital bank account is incredibly easy and quick, and the AEON Bank app is as good as other major banking apps. I love using the virtual Debit Card-i, physical Debit Card-i, and Duit Now QR Pay for both online and in-store purchases.The AEON Points system is fantastic-it feels like cashback and is so easy to redeem for cash that you can use right away! Plus, they offer a free Debit Card-i, saving me RM12 compared to other banks.I'm also impressed with the 3.00% profit rate p.a. on their Savings Pot, and referring friends and family is rewarding-you earn RM9 for every referral! The fact that it's patuh Shariah makes it even better.If you're looking for a reliable, fast, and user-friendly bank, AEON Bank is the way to go!

Finally found my go-to bank! 🙌🏻 AEON Bank has been such a game-changer for me. The whole sign-up process was super easy - did everything from my phone without having to drag myself to a branch (goodbye long queues! 👋🏻)Got myself their cute pink debit card (which is totally free btw!) and I’m loving how I earn AEON points every time I use it. The best part? You can instantly convert these points to cash right into your account - no complicated redemption process or waiting around! 🤩🛍️ Such a breath of fresh air compared to traditional banking. Really happy with my experience so far! ☺️✨

My case hasn’t been solved since march. If you call the hotline, they’ll ask you to send the police report and related document. Including yesterday, I’d received the same computer ganerated email from customer support requesting police report and related documents 4 TIMES since march and I’ve been sending the the same answer and documents required 3 times already. Clearly the customer support is not functional at all. They clearly DIDN’T READ MY EMAIL REPLIES. There’s NO FOLLOW UP CALLS or EMAIL referring my case. I CANT get my account back and also i CANT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT even though i have the report from the police about my account. the CUSTOMER SUPPORT is NOT HELPFUL at all. My money is still is there and i cant get it back because of the incompetence from AEONBANK
